Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to construct a car park.

 

Project Scope of Works

  • Erosion and sediment control

  • Drainage, including demolition, new structures, buried pipework and subsoil drains

  • Unbound pavements

  • Surface drainage including kerbing and gullies

  • Surfacing works including sealing and asphalt

  • Concrete paving

  • Pavement markings

  • Road furniture including signage and wheel stops

  • Supply and erect solar lighting.
