Sunshine Coast Council | Mary St Road Widening

Client: Sunshine Coast Regional Council

Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to upgrade Mary St, Landsborough from the existing 4m wide bitumen seal road to an 8m wide bitumen seal road, with the length of works approximately 370m.

 

Project Scope of Works

  • Site management including pedestrian management, traffic management, community liaison, environmental management (including fauna and pest management), erosion and sediment control management, safety and quality management

  • Drainage removal/demolition (including pipes, culverts, catchpits, endwalls, manholes, reinforced footings)

  • Supply and install of pipe culvert components, culvert end structures

  • Concrete kerb and channel and kerb crossings (driveway ramps)

  • Subsoil drains

  • Protective treatments

  • Earthworks

  • Unbound pavements

  • Two coat seal sprayed bituminous surfacing

  • Linemarking

  • Removal and re-erection of road furniture including mail boxes and fencing, guide posts, guardrail

  • Relocation of/alterations to existing services

  • Landscaping works
