Southern Downs Regional Council | Stanthorpe Waste Transfer Station

 

Pentacon was principal contractor & work scope was to complete the construction of civil and structural works for the new Stanthorpe Waste Transfer Station.

 

  • Bulk earthworks including embankments >2m

  • Construction of earth embankments over existing landfill using Combigrid Multiaxial

  • Geogrid

  • Structural works including bored piers

  • Retaining walls and sheds construction

  • Drainage network including culverts, end structures, field inlets and open drains

  • Road construction including pavements, seal, linemarking and regulatory signage

  • Landscaping works

  • Traffic management in accordance with MUTCD Part 3 and contract specific

  • requirements
